EZG Pump
Hagerman Construction Corp. in Fishers, IN started their customer relationship with EZG by purchasing their first Grout Hog. Today, they own seven more Grout Hogs along with 16 MH-12 Mixers and two HP-20 Pumps. “The quality and craftsmanship of EZG equipment and the EZG Customer Services is what keeps Hagerman Masonry coming back to EZG,” said Chad Eber, Hagerman’s Director of Masonry Field Operations.
The company recently bought their two EZG pumps in May of this year. “The pumps are working great for us. We have been able to install more grout with less manpower and in less time than the old bucket method. Our Field Leaders are really enjoying the simplicity of the setup, the operating/pumping, and the cleanup of the pumps,” said Eber.
When deciding to purchase the EZG Pumps, Eber knew that they would be a good fit because of the overall quality and longevity of the other EZG equipment they own.
Hagerman owns two other pumps, but there is no comparison to the new EZG Pumps. “I was looking for two newer pumps to replace them with and felt that the EZG Pumps would fit right in with the Hagerman Masonry Team,” Eber said.
Getting to know the team at EZG and having a lasting relationship has made all the difference for Hagerman. “The EZG Team has been right there to help demonstrate the proper usage of their products and to help out when needed,” Eber said. “For Hagerman, having a good relationship is very important to our business structure. Fortunately, EZG is making this relationship easy to build.”
