Concrete Trailer Pump That Keeps Up

The Hog Pump HP-20T4 is a trailer-mounted concrete pump that gets grout, mortar, and concrete where it needs to go – with a pumping distance of up to 800 ft. horizontal and 200 ft. vertical. This piston pump pushes up to 18 cubic yards per hour through the delivery line, so your crew isn’t standing around waiting on equipment to catch up.

 

Built by field guys who got tired of equipment that couldn’t keep up, the HP-20T4 runs on a reliable hydraulic system and handles aggregate up to ¾” with ease. Hitch it to your truck, tow it to the construction site, and start pumping. It’s that simple.

The HP-20T4 is a triple-use concrete trailer pump that handles grout, mortar, and concrete. It’s ideal for filling block walls with grout or pea gravel and can process aggregate up to ¾” (20 mm), making it a versatile delivery system for a range of construction projects.

The HP-20T4 has a pumping distance of 800 ft. (244 m) horizontal and 200 ft. (61 m) vertical. It delivers up to 18 cubic yards (13.8 m³) per hour with a 2″ (50 mm) line, giving your crew the reach and volume to keep concrete delivery on pace across the job site.

The HP-20T4 runs on a Kubota diesel engine rated at 59 HP (44 kW). The engine drives the pump’s hydraulic system, providing consistent power for long pours and demanding concrete pumping conditions.

Yes. The HP-20T4 is a trailer-mounted pump that comes standard with an axle kit and 15″ wheels. At 3,200 lbs., it tows behind a truck and moves easily from one construction site to the next to fulfill your concrete pumping needs.

Yes. The HP-20T4 includes an optional wireless remote that allows the operator to control the pump from a distance, improving both convenience and safety during concrete pumping operations. The pump also comes equipped with a Plus 1 control system and DM430 digital display for real-time diagnostics and monitoring.
