Powder Coat Painting

Delivering Uniformity

EZG’s in-house powder coat booths provide high-quality sprays that deliver coatings with a uniform, corrosion resistant finish. Coatings are safe to adhere onto the finished surface of your choice. Multiple painting modules and automatic powder nozzles efficiently handle large surface areas in a short amount of time.

Our large, 7′ × 7′ × 19′ capacity, booth can accommodate most equipment. After your project is sprayed, we place the materials in a batch oven to set the paint in a homogenous coat.

Environmentally Friendly

Free from solvents and VOCs, powder coating materials do not transfer harmful chemicals to the environment during or following application.

Durable Sprays & Coatings

The final coat’s flexibility allows it to bend and transform easily with the material’s surface, meaning it works well with materials that change with temperature, like metal. Powder coats are more resistant to solvents, salts, and impact damage during transportation and operation. Powder coating lasts longer and remains vibrant for longer periods of time compared to more traditional methods of painting.
