Looking to outsource your production welding needs? EZG Manufacturing specializes in precision welding services for industrial manufacturing projects of all sizes. Our custom welding services support the production of equipment, metal components, structural assemblies, and specialized machinery used across industries.
Our advanced welding technology and team of AWS-certified engineers meet all quality standards and produce precise results. From initial prototyping to full-scale manufacturing, we integrate seamlessly into your production workflow to deliver components that meet your exact specifications.
EZG’s welders’ expertise and years of experience can meet most of your welding needs. We employ certified welders with unparalleled expertise who regularly surpass clients’ highest standards. Our team is AWS certified in these two arc/resistance welding processes:
Metal Inert Gas (MIG) Welding: This process uses an electric arc between a wire electrode and metal parts to combine and weld the materials together. A shielding gas is released from the welding gun to protect the molten metal from atmospheric contamination. MIG welding uses a continuous wire electrode fed through a welding gun.
Tungsten Intert Gas (TIG) Welding: This process also uses an electric arc to melt and join the metal parts together with an inert gas to shield the weld pool from contamination by the air. TIG welding utilizes a non-consumable tungsten electrode and a separate filler rod.
While we employ this team of highly skilled welders, there are often times when welders may be forced into uncomfortable positions for hours at a time. In these situations, we turn to our FANUC 120ic Robotic Welding Cell to handle the job.
The Fanuc 120ic Robotic Welding Cell is the perfect piece of equipment for high-quantity welding tasks. Robotic welders improve the efficiency of repetitive and complex tasks with unmatched precision. As a result, mistakes typically caused by worker fatigue are reduced. These robotic welding machines produce quality work that exceeds industry standards.
Our welders can handle almost any metal, including:
Carbon Steel
Stainless Steel
Aluminum
Exotic Alloys
And More
Our manufacturing capabilities go beyond the arc. Combine our expert welding services with some of our other Contract Manufacturing offerings. Find out about our additional services by contacting Kenny or Bruce!
