EZG Machine Shop
Our 120,000-square-foot facility is built for full-scale manufacturing. With a 15-ton lifting capacity and 13 feet under the hook, we handle almost all processes in-house. That means faster lead times, fewer delays, and better quality control. From raw sheet metal fabrication to finished mechanical assembly, EZG delivers a full-service manufacturing partner.

Welding
Precision MIG and TIG welding by AWS-certified professionals, plus robotic welding for high-volume projects with repeatable quality.
Fabrication
We cut, roll, form, and assemble all types of materials using modern tools and custom manufacturing techniques.
Machining
Multi-axis CNC machining, turning, and milling for precision-engineered components in carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and specialty metals.
Bending
Accurate, repeatable results using industry-leading press brakes with dynamic crowning and angle control, up to 1” thick materials.
Powder Coating
In-house wet painting booth provides a clean, uniform finish with strong corrosion resistance and fast curing in our 7’ x 7’ x 19’ batch oven.
Laser Cutting
High-speed fiber and optic laser cutting systems capable of cutting thick plate, tubing, and precision features with fast turnaround.
We believe in investing in equipment with the highest quality. Our shop is outfitted with industry-leading machines to increase speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. That includes Trumpf & Mazak Lasers, Mazak Milling Centers, CNC Lathes, Robotic Welding Cells, Press Brakes, Powder Coating Booths, CNC Rolls, and a Vertical Saw. From cutting to finishing, we handle 90–95% of the process in-house, giving you a quality product without unnecessary delays.
