Laser Cutting

Our two Trumpf lasers can cut 1″ thick mild and stainless steel and .625″ aluminum. We can also cut up to 10″ tubing with our RotoLas system. Our newest piece of laser equipment – the Mazak OPTIPLEX FIBER III is an optic laser-cutting system that delivers optimal performance for supreme value. The Mazak 10kW laser has the ability to cut 1″ mild steel and 1¼” stainless and aluminum in a fraction of the time as other laser-cutting systems.

Milling
Our Mazak 510cVCM provides tooling for most SAE O-ring ports and common hydraulic cartridge cavities. With the 30 tool automatic tool changer and the 25HP spindle, we can provide fast performance with quality work.
Lathe
The CNC Clausing Multi Turn 2000 turning center is equipped with hard-wired CNC controls and tools to minimize set-up times, as well as automatic part catching and indexing capabilities. Our CNC turning machine also possess magazine bar feeders to increase production efficiency.
Robotic Welding
Our Fanuc 120ic robotic welding cell has a reach length of 74” and twin rotaries capable of 120” x 60” tooling for a better reach to all welds. This machine is ideal for repetitive parts in higher quantities. We’re able to decrease production time with this specially designed tool.

In addition to our robotic welding equipment, MIG and TIG welding bays give our expert welders plenty of room to work on stainless steel and aluminum materials.

Press Brakes
The Bystronic Xpert 150″ x 310″ has the highest repeatability accuracy on the market. This 150 ton brake press boasts a 10′ bed capacity. The 6-axis back-gauge allows for faster bend times – producing bends with accuracy within a .5 degree. Our new Cincinnati brake press has a 16 ft. bed with dynamic crowing and can bend up to 1″ thick material. We provide bend angle control by using pressure references which eliminates errors. 
Powder Coat Paint Booth
Our in-house powder coat booths provide high-quality sprays that deliver coatings with a uniform, durable, corrosion-resistant finish. Our powder coat paint booth’s capacity is 7’ x 7’ x 19’ allowing plenty of room for many types of projects. Once materials are coated, each project is placed in our batch oven to set.
Additional Equipment

  • CNC Rolls

    Used for drums and rings, this machine can roll up to 1/4" at 6' wide.

  • Vertical Saw

    Fully programmable, CNC controlled with auto feed. This machine handles material up to 21" wide.

  • Pemserter Series 4 Insertion Machine

    When welding is not an option due to cost or material properties, this totally pneumatic machine provides short cycle times for increased productivity. With 6 tons of force and a 18" (457.2 mm) throat depth to provide clearance for a variety of chassis configurations. Designed to install self -clinching fasteners size #0 (M2) thru 3/8" (M10) in steel and sizes up to 1/2" (M12) in aluminum panels.
