At EZG Manufacturing, we specialize in precision welding for high-volume metal components. Our robotic welding cell allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality results for customers in demanding industries.
To meet the needs of contract manufacturing clients, we’ve invested in advanced robotic welding technology. Our FANUC 120iC robotic welding cell is designed to increase output, improve weld consistency, and provide quick turnaround times. This system is ideal for repetitive parts and complex assemblies that require reliable, repeatable results.
Our FANUC 120iC robotic welding cell is engineered for performance:
74” reach arm provides extensive access to weld points across large or complex assemblies
Twin rotary tables (120” x 60” capacity) allow for part repositioning and dual-station loading, improving efficiency and weld access
Integrated with MIG welding for fast, strong welds
Programmed with custom paths to ensure every weld is consistent and on-spec
This configuration is particularly valuable for repetitive jobs where accuracy and efficiency matter most.
Our robotic system leverages advanced technology to improve every step of the fabrication process. The FANUC 120iC offers a range of advantages that make it ideal for demanding production environments:
Increased throughput with minimal operator intervention
Consistent, clean welds across every part in a production run
Access to difficult weld points via rotary positioning and robotic articulation
Decreased cycle time due to automation and twin-station design
Faster turnaround time for repeatable jobs, with reduced labor and part handling
Ideal for high-volume production, where the robotic welding process delivers repeatable results across thousands of identical parts
Cost savings through reduced labor, minimized waste, and shorter production schedules
Our robotic welding and fabrication capabilities support a wide range of industries:
If your industry depends on durable, precisely welded metal parts, we can help.
Robotic welding is just one part of our vertically integrated operation. At our facility in Malta, Ohio, EZG Manufacturing offers in-house fabrication, machining, forming, and finishing, all under one roof.
Capabilities include:
CNC machining (lathe and milling for tight-tolerance parts)
Laser cutting (thick and thin materials, high precision)
Press brake forming (up to 1” steel plate)
Powder coating for a durable, finished product
Our machine shop ensures a seamless handoff between fabrication and final production, saving you time, money, and headaches. Our team combines decades of fabrication experience with modern equipment and a commitment to quality. Whether you’re producing one component or thousands, EZG provides consistent weld quality throughout your project.

Looking to outsource your production welding needs? EZG Manufacturing specializes in precision welding services for industrial manufacturing projects of all sizes. Our custom welding services support the production of equipment, metal components, structural assemblies, and specialized machinery used across industries.
Our advanced welding technology and team of AWS-certified engineers meet all quality standards and produce precise results. From initial prototyping to full-scale manufacturing, we integrate seamlessly into your production workflow to deliver components that meet your exact specifications.
EZG’s welders’ expertise and years of experience can meet most of your welding needs. We employ certified welders with unparalleled expertise who regularly surpass clients’ highest standards. Our team is AWS certified in these two arc/resistance welding processes:
Metal Inert Gas (MIG) Welding: This process uses an electric arc between a wire electrode and metal parts to combine and weld the materials together. A shielding gas is released from the welding gun to protect the molten metal from atmospheric contamination. MIG welding uses a continuous wire electrode fed through a welding gun.
Tungsten Intert Gas (TIG) Welding: This process also uses an electric arc to melt and join the metal parts together with an inert gas to shield the weld pool from contamination by the air. TIG welding utilizes a non-consumable tungsten electrode and a separate filler rod.
While we employ this team of highly skilled welders, there are often times when welders may be forced into uncomfortable positions for hours at a time. In these situations, we turn to our FANUC 120ic Robotic Welding Cell to handle the job.
The Fanuc 120ic Robotic Welding Cell is the perfect piece of equipment for high-quantity welding tasks. Robotic welders improve the efficiency of repetitive and complex tasks with unmatched precision. As a result, mistakes typically caused by worker fatigue are reduced. These robotic welding machines produce quality work that exceeds industry standards.
Our welders can handle almost any metal, including:
Carbon Steel
Stainless Steel
Aluminum
Exotic Alloys
And More
Our manufacturing capabilities go beyond the arc. Combine our expert welding services with some of our other Contract Manufacturing offerings. Find out about our additional services by contacting Kenny or Bruce!
