Powerful Concrete Crusher Built for Real Demolition Work

Breaking up concrete slabs and concrete structures with jackhammers and manual methods burns through labor costs and keeps your projects stuck in slow motion. The Hog Crusher mounts directly to your skid steer, turning existing equipment into mobile crushing stations that handle everything from residential concrete to permanent rock and abrasive materials. Built with heavy-duty steel construction that matches our entire product line, this isn’t another lightweight attachment that quits when you need it.

Rental fees for impact crusher equipment and hauling concrete off-site to processing facilities drain your bottom line on every job. This mobile crusher delivers high output processing – up to 10 tons per hour – right at the demolition location with speed valve control that adapts to different materials. From clearing old concrete for new concrete pours to processing stone and nonmetallic minerals for reuse, this concrete crusher handles real-world demolition while managing dust and noise levels that keep residents and job site crews comfortable.

Why the Hog Crusher Outperforms Other Concrete Crushers

Skid Steer Versatility That Moves With Your Job Site

Up to 10 tons per hour output with speed valve control reduces labor costs and eliminates hauling fees while managing dust and vibrations for safer job site conditions.

Hog Crusher FAQs

The crusher handles brick, block, stone, asphalt, and non-reinforced concrete, with the only exception being marble. It processes abrasive materials down to 2 inches or less, making crushed stone suitable for backfill, gravel driveways, and job site filler needs.

The attachment requires a minimum hydraulic flow rate of 15 gallons at 3000 psi and can handle up to 21 gallons at 3500 psi. The high torque model (HCR50H) needs 22+ GPM for optimal performance.

Contractors have reported significant savings on disposal costs by processing concrete and stone materials on-site instead of hauling to off-site facilities. This reduces dumpster fees and transportation expenses while providing reusable material for your bottom line.

Coverage is automatic and lasts two years from the date of purchase. The warranty guarantees that all equipment shipped is free of defect and covers equipment that breaks through normal use. A maintenance manual is included to help maintain warranty coverage.

Operating requirements vary by location and local safety code sections. Contact your local permitting office to determine if a complete standard permit issuance package is required for mobile crushing operations in your area, especially regarding dust control and noise regulations for nearby residents.
